SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Return Policy:

– Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– The product must be returned in its original conditionwith all tags attached.
– Include all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other relevant papers with the return.

Refund Policy:

– Once the product is successfully received by BaseCamp, we will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company:

– Due to the nature of service providers, “NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy:

– Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
– Once the product has been shipped, the customer CANNOT cancel the orders. However, return is possible for all orders/products.

Customization and Processing Time:

– Products require customization, quality control (QC), and packing.
– The processing time can exceed 3 weeks based on the required quantity, type of products, and customizations.

Shipping Details:

– BaseCamp ships its products to almost all parts of India.
– Orders placed will be shipped after the customization, QC, and packing process is complete.

Delivery Time:

– For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
– For other areas, the products will be shipped through reputable courier partners and may take additional time depending on the location.

Unexpected Delays:

– There might be unexpected delays in delivery due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control.
– BaseCamp is not liable for such delays and requests users’ cooperation as we continuously strive to mitigate such instances.

Order Cancellation by BaseCamp:

– BaseCamp reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion.
– This may occur if there are longer than usual delivery times or if the shipment is physically untraceable.
– In such cases, BaseCamp will refund the amount paid for canceled products to your source account.
